Times are tough. Pampering yourself doesn’t have to be.

Once every four to six weeks, I treat myself to a day of beauty and relaxation at a local spa. Spafinder is my favorite resource for finding everything from the best package to top rated spas in your local area! I like to mix it up, try a different one every month. There are usually discount deals on the home page, along with recommendations for spas in my immediate neighborhood and options to make a reservation online.

Drop a couple lattes a week and you can afford a spa.  Facials start at $35 and a 30-minute body massage at $50!  There are even packages for men to enjoy, so once in a while I book my darling husband in too – I tell him we’re going to lunch!

Want even better deals? Sign up for the email newsletter option at each spa you visit – currently I’m receiving a $20 off service coupon every year for my birthday from a local spa that I visited a year ago! Don’t let life pass you by – check out your local spa scene and take some time out of your life for you!
