I should be an expert on relationships. I’ve read all of the articles, taken my fair share of quizzes and scheduled regular dates with my significant other. Maintaining a relationship is a lot of work and I’m feeling a little stressed! I’m sure that my partner appreciates my efforts at extending the longevity of our romance, but it’s hard to tell. I’ll have to wait until the championship game is over to ask him.

For now, I will share my independent research with you. I’ll admit that I’ve always looked for a quick fix. I have searched for advice that would not only make my relationship better but would provide nourishment for my own person. Who would have thought that I would find all of this in a simple little berry?

It seems that instead of spicing up our romance by eating oysters or feeding one another chocolate-dipped strawberries, we should have been eating acai berries instead. This little berry from the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil packs a powerful relationship-boosting punch. Known to increase stamina and energy, the miracle berry also increases libido, relieves pain and according to University of Florida studies, kills some cancer cells!

The juice of the acai berry heightens feelings of well-being and improves sleep in most people who drink it regularly. Smaller than a grape, the fruit has an intense berry taste, combined with a rich chocolate flavor (and we all know how we feel about chocolate!)

The scientists are calling this the “number one super food” – laypersons call it “Amazon Rainforest Viagra.” Go grab a bottle and try this wonder-food for yourself – I know I’m serving it at half-time! ☺ Now, if they would only come up with a fruit that makes kids cheerfully do homework…

Loaded with anti-oxidants and other essential nutrients, the acai berry is truly a miracle food, nourishing the mind, body and spirit. It is available in juice form at your local supermarket, and you can find out more about it at Acai Berry Studies.
