Remember when we used to roll up the rug, turn up the volume and dance our hearts out with our best friends? It’s time to revisit the good old-fashioned dance party. Get out music from your youth, invite your friends over and have a party!

A theme
Pick a decade or an artist and make that your theme. You can make the invitations to reflect whatever theme you pick. And if you’re really ambitious, you can look out for old posters to decorate with, too.

Invitations
You can make some cool invitations using CDs. If you’ve got old CDs that are scratched and don’t work anymore, you can make invitations out of them. Write your information on the CD with a permanent marker. If you have old 45’s that are worthless, glue card stock to one side and write your party details on it.

Music
Go online and search out some music for your bash. Once you’ve found what goes with your theme, you can burn a CD for the party. Make sure you only use a site that is legal for downloads!

Refreshments
You can find a few good recipes for Adult Punch online. Serve something light like fruit or vegetable platters, to avoid a heavy footstep! You ant to be footloose and fancy free!

Most everyone knows the twist and the freeze, but what about the mash potato and the hustle? You can order videos online.  Chances are, you won’t need these videos because your one or two of your guests will likely remember all the old dances. Make sure you take plenty of pictures! Relax and enjoy yourself.
