Do you want that clean smell of spring throughout your whole house? There is no easier way to make guests forget about the dust bunnies lurking under your sofa than to place a reed diffuser in an inconspicuous place in your room. Especially as spring starts to bring thoughts of lighter scents and heavy winter odors, using a reed diffuser can be a real breath of fresh air.

They come in a variety of designs and styles, to add to your existing décor. Choose one scent and use it throughout your house. The beauty of a reed diffuser is that it isn’t obvious where the delightful spring odor is coming from. Everyone will think that you have been airing your house out and doing spring-cleaning and you don’t have to let them know that this is all about reeds and some scented oil.

Several spring scents can work very well with any décor. Jasmine is a light but slightly fruity scent that adds a little mystery as well. Lily of the valley is another quintessentially light spring fragrance. If you are looking for a more Zen scent, a slightly exotic musk or sandalwood will bring to mind the peacefulness of the east. Roses are always a favorite.

So if you don’t have the time or energy to tackle spring cleaning get yourself a half dozen reed diffuser and position them in all the rooms of your house. To get the full impact try opening all the windows for about fifteen minutes before your open the diffuser to allow as much of the stale winter air out as possible.

When you want to entertain but don’t have time to do a deep cleaning, the use of reed diffuser can give your home a whole new lease on life and make you look like a great housekeeper!
