Love Dare

Is unconditional love possible in real life? There are questions as to whether it can truly exist between partners, or is simply too improbable and impractical in today’s society. The most important question, however, is do you dare to find out?

There is a new, top-selling book that actually dares you to make it happen. The Love Dare by Stephen and Alex Kendrick is a journey into relationships and what makes them work. The Love Dare bills itself as “ a 40 day challenge for couples to understand and practice unconditional love”. In taking the ‘dare’, it promises to help you achieve a more meaningful and loving relationship with your spouse, lover or significant other.

Each day of the challenge has three parts. The first is a tutorial on a certain aspect of love (i.e. Love is patient). The second is the ‘dare’ for that day. It may be simple or it may be challenging, but each day has a new challenge. Once you have accomplished the dare, there is a journal to record your thoughts and progress as well as your partner’s response.

The Love Dare is not a book about changing your partner, it is about making YOU a better partner. It is not about being with the right person, it is about BEING the right person. It is about practicing unconditional love in real life. So, with an open heart and an open mind; toward the goal of a stronger, more dynamic relationship, are you willing to take The Love Dare ?
